Yes, the sale is being held at Ms. Billie Rice's home, because her children asked us to have a Pre-Christmas Sale.

"Sale in honor of Ms. Billie, her favorite holiday".

The sale will include items of the home owner that were not in the first sale, and a few items that were not sold, which will be mostly in the garage at lower prices.

The sale will also contain item from other estates.
