Everything will be sold as-is where-is with no guarantee written or implied, no refunds or returns no exceptions, please inspect all items before bidding. All items must be paid for on the day of the sale and before removal. Not responsible for accidents in or on the property. Any announcements made on the day of the sale supersede any printed or written material. For the auction there will be a 10% buyers premium and 7% sales tax charged to all that can not provide a valid resale license.
Living estate auction for Mr. Wilfred "Will" Dick. Preview will be Wednesday May 31st from 10:00 am till 2:00 pm and Thursday June 1st from 11:00 am till 6:00 pm. All three days of the auction will be on display for your review. The auction will be held on Friday June 2nd, Saturday June 3rd, and Sunday June 4th starting at 10:00 am. Items can be previewed from about 8:00 am each morning. There will be no early sales. The exact address will be published the week of the auction.
There will be a 10% buyer’s premium and 7% sales tax added to your final purchase unless you provide a resale tax certificate. We will be accepting all the cash you will give us, debits when you run out of cash, and checks if we have to with proper ID. Reserved seating, front and center, is available at a rate of $10 per chair. Please contact us to reserve. If you opt not to reserve a seat please bring a comfortable chair. Food will be available.
Pick up of large items can be done at the conclusion of the auction. More time and horse power may be needed for some of the larger items such as the safe and printing presses, we will be happy to work with on pick up times and dates. Just communicate your needs so we may work with you. We ask that you not load out any large items during the sale as this may be disruptive to others. Bring plenty boxes and paper as the estate is full of smalls. We will have some help with loading assistance but we do not guarantee help will be available.
Bidder assistants will be on hand to assist. Left bids may be left at any time. There are very few reserves and those are reasonable and expected to be met.
Parking will be available on the grounds and parking assistants will be on hand. Those requiring special parking considerations please let them know. We will have a handicap parking section.
At present we are still working on lotting and tagging and all the items to be offered and the manner in which they will be offered has not been finalized.
