-We are required by the state of Mississippi to collect 7% sales tax on every transaction. This is NOT optional.
-We will unlock the doors to begin the sale directly at start time. We will not allow early shopping for early birds.
-If purchasing large items but unable to pick up the same day, we will be happy to make arrangements with you for pickup as long as the item has been purchased and picked up within 2 days.
-All items as-is. No refunds.
All sales are final.
-You will need to bring your own vehicle AND help to load items. Enter at your own risk.
PAYMENTS: Checks with driver’s license or state ID proof, Cash, or CREDIT/DEBIT cards with 4% charge on the total of transaction.
Sale will also be on Friday 03/24, Saturday 03/25, and Sunday 03/26. We’ve moved everything around and pulled out even more items from this estate to continue this sale rolling through next weekend. LOTS of unpacked items out for Monday and next weekend. We will continue to pull out until the estate has been emptied.
