All items sold as is, where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
No early sales or price quotes given.
Valuables are removed from the site until the start of the sale and premises are monitored.
Bring your own packing materials and boxes.
When buying furniture or large bulky items, bring your own help as we have limited staff available.
All merchandise must be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.
