Terms

Terms and Conditions: First come, first served. We are coming and going through the BACK ENTRY of 500 Cedar Berry. Turn on Pine Needle and park in the Visitor Parking in the area. The first person to arrive with the intention of staying until the sale starts is #1, and starts the list at the BACK ENTRY. The second person to arrive with the intention of staying puts his/her name on "the list", and is #2, and so on. You don't have to stand on the sidewalk - you can sit in your car - just stay in the area. If you put your name on the list and leave, you will lose your spot. In fairness to those who have made the effort to come early and wait, only the names of those actually present can be put on the list. PLEASE line up according to the list at ten minutes till start time.

We accept cash, checks and credit cards with proper id. Tag sale items are for the most part either vintage/used; they are sold "as is", and cannot be returned. No previews or early sales. We try to keep plenty of packing paper and boxes on hand for our buyers. Please bring help to load furniture. Purchases MUST be picked up by the end of the sale, unless other arrangements are made with us. Neither we nor the homeowner can or will be held responsible for accidents. Well-behaved children are ALWAYS welcome at our sales.

Day Two:  Hours are 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.  Line up in the same area as yesterday morning.

Discount is $30 and under, half off; over $30, 20% off.

I've rearranged the photos to show what is still available, so take a look.  Thanks to our great shoppers!

Save the date for a wonderful estate tag sale at the Cedars of Meadowmont.

Parking is limited, and we are not allowed to put up a lot of directional signs.

Please park BEHIND 500 Cedar Berry in the visitor parking area, not under the covered parking spaces.    Security will be onsite.    In order to ensure we can continue to have these great tag sales in this neighborhood, please keep the noise down early in the morning, and obey the neighborhood speed limit of 12 mph.
