May 18 (day two) update:

Things went smoothly on day one - thanks!! Residents and visitors had fun shopping and socializing. Scroll down to the photos at the bottom of the ad to get an idea of what has and hasn't sold.

Day two is discount day. Items $30 and under are 50% off. Items over $30 are 20% off.

Our long-time shoppers might recall that there are a few special requirements when we've got a sale in this neighborhood, mainly having to do with keeping things peaceful and quiet ....

we'll have a staff member stationed at the door to let shoppers in and out of the building where we are having the sale.
everyone needs to keep the noise down in the hall and outside
we can't line up at the beginning until 10 minutes before the sale starts (and when we do, we have to be as quiet as possible).

For this sale, a list will be started and kept inside the automatic doors at the BACK of the Davidson building. First person to arrive who is planning on staying starts the list and is #1. Do not go in the doors at the front (Cedar Club Circle), but at the back where the guest parking is.
Come put your name on the list, then go back and sit in your car until ten minutes before we get started.
Park only in spots for guest parking; don't park at the curb and leave your car unattended
NO NUMBERS ON SUNDAY, just line up beforehand in the order you signed your name on the list.
