Schedule your appointment via phone or text to 724-561-3962 Tuesday 9/21 through Thursday 9/23 9am-5pm ONLY. Appointments will be scheduled on the hour Friday or Saturday. First Come, First Serve. We are able to accept 15 individuals per hour and will update the appointment schedule accordingly. Exact location will be provided on receipt of your scheduled appointment.
