Beautiful sleeper sofa with 2 side chairs. The furniture was hardly used since it is in the formal living room. It was kept covered by sheets. No stains or rips on chairs. Sleeper sofa was only slept on once. Other furniture featured in the photo include a vintage faux leather recliner and custom made Japanese coffee and end tables. The coffee has a hand carved design on top. All of the tables have a glass top. The table lamps and floor lamp (not pictured) have beautiful designs etched on the base.

Sale items in this estate sale include a mix of vintage American and Japanese furniture and home accessories, along with other household items. Numerous items are brand new or like new, despite their age. The owners took great pride and care of their belongings. Some vintage items are brand new (i.e. knife sets, glasses, glass serving dishes, Japanese rice bowls and soup bowls and teapots, chopsticks, chopsticks rests, cookware and much more), The furniture is in very good condition. Set of 3 solid wood custom made bar stools. They were made locally by a gentleman in Kannpolis, NC in the early 1990's. Like the other pieces of furniture, they are in very good condition.
