THE SALE HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY JAN. 23 from 11 AM-3PM.
Cash is preferred. Debit and credit cards are accepted for sales over $20.00. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.
Entry Numbers will go out an hour before the sale. Fabulous Finds DOES NOT honor any lists made. You must be present an to receive an entry number.
Removal of large pieces of furniture will need to be arranged to be picked up during non sale hours.
If moving services are needed, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.
Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Due to the icy road conditions and snowy weather, the sale has been rescheduled for Sunday, January 23 from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Fabulous Finds Estate Sales will be having a one day downsizing sale is in a lovely townhome in Davidson. This downsizing sale features an Ethen Allen China cabinet and dining room table and chairs, home decor, LG Front load Washer and Dryer, blue and white urns/vases, Bose sound system, and a 55" LG flat screen TV! The homeowners enjoyed cooking, baking and reading so the kitchen is loaded with pots & pans, bakeware, serving pieces and the bookshelves are filled with books! The garage is a woodworker's workshop filled with tools, Ryobi Drill press, Ryobi band saw, Bosch Miter Saw, wood scraps, ladders and more. Everything in this smoke free home is in very good condition, so this is great sale to find something to refresh every room in your home!
