Numbered stickers will be available by 6:30 am. Prior to opening at 8 am please line up according to your number. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will be limiting the number of people in the house and require the use of a face mask properly covering your nose and mouth to enter. NO EXCEPTIONS.

ABSOLUTELY NO BAGS OR PURSES ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME !!
PLEASE NOTE PARKING AND PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS !! NO EXCEPTIONS !!
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON NEIGHBORING LAWNS / GRASS AND DO NOT BLOCK MAILBOXES - DO NOT WALK ACROSS NEIGHBORING LAWNS. PLEASE READ DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE CALLING !!
ABSOLUTELY NO phone calls before 8:30 am and after 8:00 pm. NO exceptions !! All prices are open to negotiation from open to close. Make a fair offer and we'll accept it! WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during pick up and especially during sale hours EVER - ITEMS MUST be removed safely - any damage during removal is your responsibility !! All items are purchased "as is, where is" and no warranties are given or implied. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! We DO NOT always get the chance to plug items in and test them so please thoroughly inspect an item BEFORE you decide to purchase it !! When you remove a tag from an item - YOU BOUGHT IT !! Estate home driveway is used FOR PICKUPS ONLY - Please be considerate of through traffic and neighboring lawns / driveways when parking. !! Once item is paid for - YOU OWN IT !! IF you leave and forget any purchased items, we are NOT responsible !!
