Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will be limiting the number of shoppers inside the home. A mask must be worn for entry to the sale.
Numbers for entry will be available at 8:00 AM
Cash, Debit and credit cards are accepted. A 3% service fee will be added to all credit/debit card transaction
Removal of large pieces of furniture will need to be arranged to be picked up during non sale hours.
If moving services are needed, it is the customers responsibility to coordinate all moving details.
Fabulous Finds and the Homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
Please bring your own tote bags, bags, boxes and packing paper.
All items are sold "as is" and therefore returns are not accepted.
Please be sure you are satisfied with the item before you make a purchase. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Occasionally the homeowner may change their mind and decide to keep certain items. We do our best to accurately portray the items that will be for sale.
We attempt to remove pictures if the items are no longer for sale.
