Renu Life Goldsboro Facility Online Auction

Gander & Gavel Auction Co. LLC has been contracted to auction off the entire contents of the former Re Nu Life facility in Goldsboro.

This online only auction will consist of furniture, window treatments, office furniture, decor, supplies, sinks, fixtures (soap dispensers & paper towel dispensers), commercial restaurant/kitchen equipment, commercial grade parking lot signs, and more.

This auction will continue to grow as we catalogue the contents. Keep checking back as we add to the auction almost daily until we get through the entirety of the property. Photos will continue to be added to this gallery frequently. 

Auction will open online: Wednesday September 28th at 6:30 PM

Auction will begin a soft close: Friday October 29th beginning at 5:30 PM

Preview: Saturday October 2nd. You must call our phone line to gain entry to the building (919) 706-1921. The facility door will be locked and secured otherwise. Preview day hours are 12 PM-5 PM

Preview appointments: If you miss the scheduled preview day, we are happy to grant preview appointments. 

Pick up: ***one day only*** Saturday October 30th hours from 9 AM-5 PM. We will have a restricted entry system in place at auction pick up due to the size, layout, and enviroment of the facility. This is for safety and security reasons. Please be prepared to possibly wait for entry upon arrival if large amounts of buyers show up at once to pick up. Making a pick up appointment is strongly encouraged if you don't like to wait. 

Auction plan ahead: 

Buyers will be responsible for removal of fixtures at pick up and providing own tools, hand trucks, removal equipment, etc. 

Buyers will be responsible for moving, lifting, providing own manpower, and loading own purchases. Our staff will be unable to assist at pick up.
