WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUND ANYONE, IN OUR ESTIMATION THAT CANNOT SAFELY REMOVE A PURCHASED LARGE ITEM FROM THE HOME ! PLEASE BE PROPERLY PREPARED WHEN PURCHASING LARGE ITEMS.

THIS IS A TWO DAY Sale ! Full price Friday, 12 noon - 5 pm. Saturday 25 % off from 8 am - 11 am, 50 % off from 11 am - 1 pm, 75 % off from 1 pm - 1:45 pm. No Entrance to sale after 1:45 pm !

DO NOT block through traffic or block mailboxes please !! Subject driveway for item picks ups and handicapped persons drop off ONLY !! DO NOT walk across neighboring yards to get to sale please !

ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE BAGS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME !! Purses allowed inside are to be kept closed AT ALL TIMES and subject to inspection before leaving !!

Any item priced online can be seen at estatesales.net and purchased sight unseen, AS IS, WHERE IS, by calling Ken Johnson at 910-520-6455 with the item number / description and your credit card number. WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU with item removal during pick up and especially during sale hours EVER - ITEMS MUST be removed safely - any damage during removal is your responsibility !! All items are purchased "as is, where is" and no warranties are given or implied. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ACCEPTED - ALL SALES ARE FINAL !! We DO NOT always get the chance to plug items in and test them so please thoroughly inspect an item BEFORE you decide to purchase it !! When you remove a tag from an item - YOU BOUGHT IT !! Estate home driveway is used FOR PICKUPS ONLY - Please be considerate of through traffic and neighboring lawns / driveways when parking. !! Once item is paid for - YOU OWN IT !!
