Cash preferred. We DO accept checks with proper ID. Credit cards accepted for purchases over $100, with 3% charge applied.
All items sold as is, where is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Valuables are removed from the site until the start of the sale and premises are monitored.
Bring your own packing materials and boxes.
When buying furniture or large bulky items, bring your own help as we will not have extra staff available.
All merchandise must be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.
