-You are responsible for removal of all purchased items by the close of the sale.
-Bring help for furniture, appliances and large items. We do not move them!
-Please use the street for parking. Do not block the driveway or the neighbor's driveways!
-C&C Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents on the property.
-Delivery available within a 25 mile radius for a fee of 65.00. (additional trips at reduced rate)
