Downsizing Estate Sale by TSMS

Sale Times - Saturday 10:30-2 & Sunday 1-3

-Prices of and specifics on items will not be given out before sale.
-Numbers for controlled entry will be available one hour before sale start time. One number per person.
-Masks are required.
-Restrooms are not available for use.
-TSMS is not responsible for any accidents during sale.
-TSMS cannot hold items while a customer determines if they wish to purchase the item.
-Children are not allowed inside the sale house.
-Pets are not allowed inside the sale house.
-All items are sold 'As Is' - no refunds, exchanges or returns.
-Prices are not reduced on the first day of the sale. Prices will be reduced 50% on the last day of the sale.
-We accept debit, cc and cash. CASH IS PREFERED
-Please plan to load large items at the END of each sale day. NO loading during sale hours.
-TSMS cannot assist with loading.
Items must be picked up by 3:00pm on the day purchased.
