Items may be removed by seller up until the day before the sale. Your Estate Solutions will try to publish the removing of any item on this site the day before the sale starts.
You are responsible for your children and your dogs. Both are welcome. Dogs have to be carried in home.
Please note due to the real estate closing date we will be conducting this sale as a two-day sale only! We will be there Thursday, May 23rd 10 am to 6 pm and Friday, May 24th 10 am - 6 pm. We will not be conducting the sale on Saturday as originally planned to allow time for cleanup.
We have been contracted to sell the personal property that the owners will not be moving with them to their downsized home in Florida. This lovely home holds many treasures. Dining room, den, living room furniture, patio furniture, decorative items, bicycles, 3 wheel tricycle, washer, dryer, freezer, some tools plus much more. The turn around time for this sale is very short and I will try and have more details the first of the week of sale.
