Welcome to another CLT sale!
Please be courteous and do not park in the driveway or block the neighbors driveways. We take all credit cards and cash. Our rules are simple:
1. CLT staff does not move your purchases, bring help to move.
2. Purchases MUST be picked up for the end of sale or they become property of CLT.
3. Everything will be sold as is, there are no refunds, returns, warranties or guarantees.
4. Emails and phone calls about pricing, availability or other specifics cannot be answered at this time as we are busy setting up for this great sale!
CLT and homeowner are not responsible for any incidents or accidents during this sale. Occasionally Heirs/homeowners remove items from the sales after pictures have been taken, there is no guarantee from CLT that all items will be available for sale. Please check back for additional information and pictures the week of the the sale.
There is still tons of stuff left at this sale. EVERYTHING must be out by 12 NOON tomorrow, so prices will be slashed so drastically on Saturday, you will not want to miss it.
We have the AIRCONDITIONED hangar all set up for the sale, it's rows and rows of great items for sale, shop in comfort during this sale! There is so much great stuff, there is a main house with items for sale and a guest house that will be emptied and moved to hangar before the sale.
This is a HUGE downsizing sale, there is an entire garage full of items, very nice office furniture, outdoor decor, pool and deck chairs, home decor, furniture, new and antique dolls, Wood working tools, take a look at all the pics!
