~ We are unable to move, load or carry out any purchases. If you need help our staff WILL NOT be able to help.

~All sales are final. No returns, money back, or warranty's. All items sold as is where is and untested.
~Please be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also please make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.

We are incredibly honored to be hosting an Estate Sale for the well known and respected Matthew Mead. Mead is a stylist, writer, author, photographer, lifestyle editor, and style expert. The former style editor of Country Home magazine and his work is nationally published in many places such as Better Homes, Pottery Barn Catalog and on HGTV. An amazing 25 year collection of design props in a full 7000 sq./ft. warehouse is sure to make your jaw drop. An absolute must attend sale for Dealers, Collectors, Event Venues, Stagers, Decorators and Photographers just to name a few. This sale will take place in Penacook, NH. October 20th & 21st. Anything remaining from 1pm-2pm on Saturday will again be heavily discounted in an effort to clear out the warehouse.

Often we have long lines therefore we have to limit the amount of shoppers inside at one time. We open promptly at the advertised time for each sale. We never allow early entry. We don't give out prices before the sale for any reason. Security cameras and security alarm system in place at home and during the sale. WE PROSECUTE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
