PLEASE NOT THE FOLLOWING:
- The house itself is small due to the massive collections it holds. THEREFORE, large bags, pocketbooks, backpacks, or other items deemed "too large" will NOT be permitted inside the house. Please leave them AT HOME or IN YOUR CAR.
- As always, the sale will be run using a number system. Numbers will be distributed at 8:30am on all 3 days. Due to the estate's smaller size, we will have to limit the number of people that can enter the property at one time. There may be a wait time when you arrive but we can assure you that it will be worth it! We thank you in advance for your understanding.
- A stable WIFI connection cannot be established for accepting credit card transactions therefore this will be a CASH ONLY SALE. No personal or business checks will be accepted.
- The street in front of the house is not zoned for parking and your car will be towed by the town. To avoid this, please park LEGALLY on the surrounding streets of the house and do not park directly in front of the house. Please park on Glen View Court. Do NOT park on Hoffman Lane as it is a private road.
