Elmwood Park New Jersey - LOCAL PICK UP ONLY - NO SHIPPING [please, do not ask]!

LOCAL PICK UP: SATURDAY, February 4th @ 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Sunday the 5th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM ONLY -- NO EXCEPTIONS . I have extended the pick up for two days to accommodate buyers .As you know I can't lay items out on tables for easy pick up do to weather and possible temperatures. I will need time to gather your items so PLEASE PLEASE be patient . I will try and have them ready for pick up . If you have purchased from me ,you know I'm usually very prepared .
Items not picked up within this timeframe are considered forfeited without refund. Please do not contact to request alternate arrangements or refund. Neither are possible.

MASKS ARE STILL ENCOURAGED, but not mandatory.

All Items are on ground level. Buyer is responsible to load their own vehicle. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPER ASSISTANCE DO NOT BID.
Winning bidders *must* bring help for removing large/heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. You must bring help *before closing of pick up* or your items left behind are forfeited without refund. It is at the discretion of the auction manager to deny a buyer to attempt moving an item if we feel you cannot lift/remove it safely. For safety and insurance purposes, we urge you to be mindful when bidding. Look for measurements, use common sense - can you lift it/will fit in your vehicle? Ask questions if unsure *before bidding.* Items after pick up closes cannot be left to be picked up from outside the home. We are restricted by contractual agreement with Seller and Clearing House. Please understand these terms and do not ask for exceptions . I appreciate you all as buyers . We practice patience and peace in all my sales.
