Please Note.... This is a moving sale, not an estate sale. While many items will be for sale, some will not. We will attempt to mark as many items as possible as "not for sale", but there will be someone available for guidance when necessary. WE make the determination on unmarked items as to their status. Your patience and understanding will be appreciated and rewarded with many bargians.
Cash only
Numbers will be given out first come first serve, ONCE THE SALE HAS BEGUN. No numbers before 10 AM
All sales are "as is" and final. It is your responsibility to inspect items before purchasing.
All items must be paid in full before you remove them.
You are responsible for breakage, accidents, etc. You break it, you still own it.
all items must be removed before the sale ends. (one exception--- the refrigerator must be picked up on Wednesday July 19th)
