Participation in any auction held by Willow Auction House, whether in person, by phone, via absentee bid or by way of a Live Internet platform such as HiBid, Liveauctioneers, Invaluable, or Bidsquare requires the acceptance of our terms of sale, participation therefore constitutes acceptance of all terms listed on this page, failure to read these terms does not release the bidder from the rules and requirements set forward in these terms.
ALL BIDDERS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SALE: Willow Auction House has endeavored to accurately describe all items being sold, but all property herein offered for sale is strictly "as is", and it is the bidder's responsibility, whether bidding in person, by mail, by e-mail or by telephone to determine the exact condition of each item. No statement in the catalog, bill of sale, invoice, or elsewhere by a representative of, or person in employ of Willow Auction House shall be deemed to be a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, provenance of historical relevance of any of these items. Items listed in the catalog are for reference use only, description of items are no guarantee to the exact condition and / or age of any described item in the catalog, we strongly recommend viewing the items in person as everyone's opinion regarding "condition" can vary. Please see the preview dates for the auction. Private viewings can also be arranged to accommodate bidders, contact us for more information. The auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In the event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall, at his or her discretion decide whether to reopen the bidding. Title to all merchandise shall pass to the highest bidder at the fall of the auctioneer's "hammer". The purchaser shall assume full risk and responsibility for the lot purchased once title has passed. All items purchased on the Internet platforms must be paid for in 7 days from the date of sale unless prior arrangements have been made with Willow Auction House. A dispute will be filed after that period if payment has not been made. Once a dispute is filed claims to unpaid items are void and Willow Auction House will have full title & claim to these items to resell them at auction. In the event of a filed dispute the bidder will have 7 days to contact Willow Auction House and arrange payment of winning bids before the dispute becomes permanent and the items re-offered. All bidders are required to register and give full identification prior to the beginning of the auction and are required to use the number issued to them when identifying themselves as the successful bidder. Bidders that sign up on the Internet platform less than 30 minutes before the start of the sale will not be approved. Any bidder with limited or no history of bidding on the Internet platform might not be approved. Bidders without prior history will have to call Willow Auction House to register and submit credit card information. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any property prior to auction. This is a privately owned & operated sale and we reserve the right to refuse admittance to any person and reserve the right to decline any online bidder. No transfer will be recognized from one buyer to another. In-house buyer's premium with Willow Auction House and HiBid is 25%. All internet sales using the Internet platform are subject to a flat 28% buyer's premium. Bidder does hereby indemnify and hold harmless auctioneer & seller from all damages, claims, or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever, caused before, during, or after the auction.

SHIPPING
Willow Auction House packs and ships select items in house, please see shipping details for more information. Buyer is responsible for ALL packing & shipping charges. Small items will be shipped by FedEx, UPS or a comparative service. Willow Auction House must be notified in writing if anyone other than winning bidder will be picking up lot. When Picking up, please note the Warehouse location says "All Wrapped Up" with a Green awning. Please make sure to bring ALL necessary packing supplies, paper, and boxes to pack your winning items. All sales are subject to an 6.625% NJ Sales tax, a tax resale certificate MUST be on file with the auction house to be tax exempt. Please note: We require items to be picked up or shipped within 3 weeks from auction date. Items not picked up or shipped within 3 weeks will incur a $10 a day storage fee per lot. Any items not shipped or picked up within 4 weeks from the auction will become house property or be donated.
PAYMENT
Payment is expected the first week after the sale, payment is expected in full, no payment plan or other arrangements will be made. If you are a successful bidder, please contact Willow Auction House, if you have not yet been contacted by Willow Auction House, the day after the sale from 11 am - 4 pm to confirm auction details and payment method. Payment methods accepted are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover) and PayPal which, check (property will not be released until check clears), cashier's check, cash & wire transfer.
PLEASE NOTE that wire transfers are always subject to bank fees, please add an additional $25 to payment to cover these fees, contact us before you arrange wire transfers to confirm applicable bank fees. Our May auction features a wide variety of items from local estates and collectors. Among the lots up for auction, a selection of toys and games including vintage, tin litho toys, and Britain and other lead figures. Also featured in this sale, a collection of cast iron doorstops, decorative items including artwork, porcelain and glass, jewelry, and a selection of print blocks.

1 Grouping of Thundercats Figures A grouping of four Thundercats action figures, including three Thundercat characters and one large figure known as "Astralmoat", a rare piece. All good condition with some cosmetic loss. Astralmoat is missing a wing.

2 Transformers Collector's Case and Figures A grouping of 14 loose (not in box) Transformers toys from the late 80's to later 1990's, with a Transformers Collector's Case. Good condition, case has wear and some tears behind its vinyl cover, and figures have varying levels of wear and use.

3 The Transformers Activity Center A Transformers Activity Center from the 1980's, complete with all components and original box. Good condition with significant wear to the box.

4 GI Joe Brawler A GI Joe Brawler tank toy (circa 1991), complete with all parts, box and manuals and paperwork. Fine condition, box has wear consistent with its use and age.

5 Grouping of GI Joe Action Figures A grouping of 20 GI Joe action figures, 5 from the early 1980's, and 15 from the early 1990's. All are in good condition with some minor cosmetic loss.

6 Grouping of GI Joe Action Figures A group of 9 carted (still in box and packaging) GI Joe action figures. Figures of interest include Outback, Dr. Mindbender, and Leatherneck. All are in very good condition with minor cosmetic wear.

7 Grouping of GI Joe Vehicles A group of GI Joe toy vehicles, including a BF-1 helicopter, a Patriot Armored Missile Transport with all parts intact and with box, and a snowmobile marked G84123-B. All in good condition.

8 Grouping of GI Joe Action Figures A grouping of 23 GI Joe action figures, originally released between 1986 and 1989. All are in good condition with only some minor chipping on a few figures. Arms and legs move fluidly.

9 Grouping of Dick Tracy Action Figures A grouping of Dick Tracy action figures and clip-on magnets (4 magnets carted, 1 action figure carted in box.) There are also 4 loose action figures, two of Dick Tracy and two villains. Good condition overall.

10 Group of Shogun Warrior Action Figures A grouping of 4 Shogun Warrior action figures from the early 1990's by Bandai. Good condition with wear consistent with their age.

11 Grouping of DC and Marvel Action Figures A grouping of DC and Marvel action figures, circa late 1980's-early 1990's. Figures of interest include Wolverine, Captain America, and Batman. Good condition.

12 Grouping of Battle Beasts Toys and Vehicles A grouping of Battle Beasts action figures (more than 30 loose figures) and three vehicles. Good condition, all have been heavily used and played with.

15 Grouping of Star Wars Figures and Case A grouping of Star Wars action figures, 24 in total. Figures of interest include C3PO, Darth Vader, the Emperor, and a Chewbacca Transformer. A Tara Toy Star World figure carrying case, and a Kenner Rebel Armored Snowspeeder. All are in good condition

16 Grouping of 70's and 80's Action Figures and Toys A grouping of 31 action figures from the 1970's to 1990's. Figures of interest include Earthworm Jim, Cops n' Crooks, and 6 Fisher Price dolls. Good condition overall.

17 Grouping of Ghostbusters Action Figures and Ecto-1 A grouping of 12 Ghostbusters figures and accessories, with two still NIB. Figures of interest include Peter Venkman and the Ecto-1. All are in good condition with wear consistent with age and use.

35 Nintendo World Championships Reprod. Cartridge A reproduction playable NES cartridge of Nintendo World Championships, which was a video game competition that was held in 1990. Contestants would receive a copy of the cartridge, which contained modified versions of Super Mario Bros., Tetris, and Rad Racer. Very good condition, has almost never seen use. Cartridge was made in 2008 by Retrozone.

36 Grouping of Nintendo NES Games Game Paks A grouping of 9 different Nintendo Entertainment System Game Paks (cartridges). Titles include Super Mario Brothers 3 (with manual), Jeopardy, Double Dragon, Ice Hockey, Metroid, Mega Man 4, Gradius, Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, and the Legend of Zelda. All are in good condition, labels are intact with only some cosmetic wear on the cartridges.

Game titles include Golf, Ice Hockey, Tetris, Duck Hunt, Mega Man 3, Bases Loaded II, Mega Man, Jaws, Mickey Mousecapade, and Tiger Heli. All in very good condition with some use and wear.

39 Grouping of Nintendo Games including Top Gun A grouping of 10 Nintendo Entertainment System Game Paks and 1 Super Nintendo Entertainment System Game Pak, which is Mickey's Ultimate Challenge. The NES titles include Top Gun: Second Mission, Bases Loaded, Marble Madness with instruction manual and sleeve, three copies of Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt, Galaga, Air Wolf, Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt/ Track Meet, and Commando with a sleeve. All are in good condition and have not been tested.

Booklet contains 11 hand colored postcards of views from the Magnolia Gardens. The Albertype Co., headquartered in Brooklyn, N.Y., produced postcards and other printed materials from 1890 until 1952. The company utilized a specific photomechanical processes process that had been invented by Joseph Albert in Australia in the late 1860s. Albert's process was an improvement on the collotype photographic process. The company had teams of photographers who traveled across the United States taking and buying images depicting people, places, and activities in all parts of the country. The images were published as postcards and marketed to be sold in the locales depicted in the images.
