Bring help to move large items such as furniture, no help will be available at the sale.
All purchases must be removed from the home by the end of the sale. No delivery services available
Items can be held until end of the sale if paid in full, if not paid in full then we can't hold the item
Not responsible for accidents in and around the home.....if you fall, you're on your own
List will be posted the morning before the sale approx 900 am - it will be the only list that will be honored
Please obey all local parking laws
We will let people in as we feel fit....so be patient, be nice, and bare with us, you'll get in and there's plenty of cool stuff for everyone
Please be respectful of the home and contents.....if you drop something...pick it up, if you make a mess....clean it up, if you break something....you bought it, and if you steal something....you get arrested. The home is under contract so please be mindful when moving furniture or large items, it you scratch the walls or floor....you'll be fixing it
