Payment Instructions: -All invoices totals will be tallied and charged to the card on file with Proxibid within 24 hours of the end of the auction. If you have questions about pick-ups, specific lots or anything else, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If you wish to pay with a card other that the card on file with Proxibid, you should let us know before the end of the auction to avoid a delay. There will be a $25 fee for charging through any means other than Proxibid.

There is no IN-HOUSE shipping available for this auction without pre-arrangement with the Auctioneer, Rebecca Kindergan 201-694-2773. You may arrange to have your agent pick up your winning bids during any of the pickup times listed for each auction or for a $15 fee we will transport your items for packaging to the West Milford UPS Store. They can securely handle and package your items as well as ship them to you for the direct shipping charge. Paid total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax, handling/box fee and any applicable shipping/transport fee and insurance as needed. NJ Sales Tax will be charged to each lot of winning bids, unless you have a Sales Tax ID on file with Proxibid or with the auction house. Shipping Instructions: IN-HOUSE Shipping is not available for this auction. You may make arrangements for the auctioneer to transport your winning bids to the UPS Store in West Milford NJ. You must contact the UPS Store in West Milford 973-728-7770 to request services before we will drop off your item(s). One large box (fits in a standard sedan) will be approx $15 - if a larger vehicle is needed, a higher fee for drop off may be charged. Preview Date & Times: A selection of lots will be available for preview Fridays 10am-3pm in Ringwood NJ, at our Merchant's Wares Auctions and Sales Showroom 1141 Greenwood Lake Turnpike, Ringwood NJ 07456. Preview is available during Pick-Up times as well.
Checkout Date & Times: We are currently using SignUp Genius to organize our pickups and drop offs at the Auction Showroom. In addition to protection from the Covid-19 Virus, it also helps us to have your items available for pickup when you arrive, and avoids delays.

All property is sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value and any other properties of the items you chose to bid on. Merchant's Wares may attempt to describe the merchandise online and in advertising, or through other means available, but may not be held responsible for having made or implied a warranty or a representation of fitness for any particular purpose. IT IS UP TO YOU, as the BUYER, to determine the value of each lot and to consider shipping and other fees before bidding. Please ask us BEFORE YOU BID if you have any questions! A selection of lots are available for preview in Ringwood, NJ if we are able to be open to the public. Online bidders who do not inspect the items must understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item online as well as they might inspect an item in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Merchant's Wares will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Merchant's Wares endeavors to provide detailed pictures, adequate and accurate descriptions. You may contact us if you have questions about specific items, and many of our online auction items will be on display at our Showroom in Ringwood NJ. There is NO live portion of this auction, but we do offer a gallery space for inspection when possible. ALL Pick-ups must be made within TWO weeks (extended) of full payment or holding/storage charges will be incurred. If items are not picked up within 2 months (extended), they may be resold, with no refund to the original bidder. Special arrangements for large orders or certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction. We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections. Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 21 days (extended) after original invoice was sent.
