Cash only, please. Masks must be worn at all times. Gloves appreciated. Please be considerate and practice social distancing. Anyone without a mask will not be allowed into the sale. The number of people in the household at one time will be limited, please be patient. No large handbags allowed. No public restrooms available. Please bring your own helpers for moving furniture. Please bring your own bags, wrapping paper and boxes as we cannot guarantee that we will have them available! All items sold whereas and as is. All sales are final. No returns and no exchanges.
