Should this transpire, you will be removed from the sale immediately. We do not post #s, but will honor a customer list. You can not sign the list & come back at 5 minutes to opening & walk to the head of the line . This will definitely earn you an ejection .
This is a very large sale with all manners of merchandise . I will try to cover all the catgories . Please look at the PICS closely. House is full with a variety of different categories. The owner had a good eye with an eclectic style for collecting. Many different cupboards, old and newer; assortment of chairs, large accumulation of pottery, antique sleigh, many books and record albums circa 1970s; two wind up record players; large amount of clothing, pocketbooks, shoes,etc.; number of different dolls and doll clothing; child's antique high side bed, carved acanthus leaf four post single bed in rosewood; Howard Miller tall case clock ;several oak & victorian dressers. Antique slant front desk. large assortment of art work,paintings & prints, tapestries, unusual signs, several neon signs,advertizing items two coin operated slot machines; wonderful diminutive, porcelain antique gas stove; leather sofa and loveseat; cloth sofa and loveseat, large collection of Fifties kitchen utensils, pots, textiles: aprons, linens, towels, etc. Collection of blue & white china, Lane cedar chest; fine quality Weber baby grand piano, vintage bird cages, assortment of area rugs including some Persian; several stained glass windows; assorted lighting to include leaded glass table lamps & student lamps,several antique bathing tubs (most unusual - haven't seen the likes of these in a number of years; vintage dress forms and some vintage clothing including an antique bathing suit; substantial collection of brand new in-the-box ladies' lingerie (slips adorned with lace) made in USA; some electronics; small amount of tools; vintage Fifties cabinetry hardware, tons of bric-a-brac of all conditions and quality, country items; Christmas, Easter, Halloween decorations.
This is still a work in progress and we have not decided upon the exact date nor the amount of days for this sale. I strongly recommend you keep checking estatesales.net website as I will be adding information to this on a daily basis. Homeowner has the option to take a few more items with her to her next location. Should that happen, we will delete the items from the ad. If you suspect the location of this property before the ad is published and you show up at the house, you will be refused entry prior to the sale and you will not be permitted into the sale for its entire duration.
