*We are following all safety guidelines for COVID 19. Masks are required, and entry will be limited. Entry to all sales is at your own risk, this is a private home/property, and care should be taken on stairs and uneven property paths/grounds.
NUMBERS: Customers may arrive as early as they like; numbers will be given out starting at 7:30, or whenever we arrive. One number will be given out per person present, then customers can leave until shortly before the opening time, returning to line up by number. Upon opening customers will be allowed entry by number. You don’t have to get a number to attend a sale, this is a large property and we'll allow 50 people at a time!
*PAYMENT: CASH IS PREFERRED; VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted.
* PRICES are firm, but feel free to make a reasonable OFFER/S on items priced at $100 or more. We are happy to provide additional information/pictures on
items, just ask (preferably by email). It may take a day or two , but we will respond! Prices are reduced Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday!
*SHIPMENT: We love to ship to out of town buyers! Once purchase/s is confirmed your item/s will be delivered to The UPS Store here in Santa Fe (or
you may pick it up here in Santa Fe by appointment). The UPS Store will proactively contact you to arrange packing, shipping and insurance. They offer
UPS, and USPS for most parcels. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated with shipping, packing, and insurance. For shipping questions

We are happy to ship to out - of - Santa Fe customers, but we don't do phone presales before the start of the Estate Sale! Send us an email with inquiries, and we'll respond within 24 hours.
