We accept cash and credit cards. Please come prepared to pay. No items will be held. All payments are due at the time of purchase.
No large purses or bags will be allowed in the home. We will provide shopping baskets for your convenience.
Please take responsibility for any items you wish to purchase. We have areas up front by the register that might be available for you to leave the items while you shop, however we cannot be responsible or watch these items. If someone else should take these items, we cannot be held responsible.
If there is a caution sign or do not enter sign, please follow directions. These signs are for your protection and safety.
Please note that sales tax will be collected as we are a licensed business. No exceptions. If you are tax exempt, please bring proof of this and a form will need to be filled out. If you do not have your documentation, you will be required to pay the sales tax.
Please respect our client’s home and belongings by wiping your shoes upon entrance. In addition, please respect the neighbor’s yard and property. Please do not park where you are blocking a driveway or street where cars cannot pass.
We are not responsible for any injuries to yourself or our client’s property. Enter property at your own risk taking responsibility for any falls or damage that might occur.
All purchases are final, no exceptions. Merchandise being sold will be sold as is. Please inspect your purchases prior to payment. No refunds!
Please come prepared if you are planning to purchase a large item by bringing any tools needed or help lifting in addition to proper way to transport the item. We do not include moving items or transport of any items. We can offer you the name of a dependable delivery service, however, if necessary. Merchandise purchased if prepaid can be held until the end of the sale, however must be picked up before the last day and time of the sale.
Pets and children are allowed as long as they are kept under adult supervision and control and owner assumes responsibility if any damages should occur.
Pricing is determined by us based on research and knowledge. Please note that prices are always FIRM the first day of the sale generally but please do not be afraid to make offers, however no guarantee price will change. Items that are not sold on first day will be marked down appropriately on second day as the sale continues.
Depending on the size of the home, a certain number of customers may be limited into the home at a time. Please understand this is for your own safety in addition to our ability to give you the most time and attention possible to help you with your purchases.
We have no control over the weather, and we apologize in advance if it is cold or hot outside.
Please know these are our rules and guidelines to guarantee a safe and successful sale for our client. If you do not wish to comply with any of these rules or do not agree with any of the rules, we have the right to not allow you into the sale or escort you off the property if you should conduct yourself in an unprofessional manner.
