This is now an open sale Friday May 21st through Sunday May 23rd!

Parking is provided onsite and limited to twenty cars at a time. There is no street or offsite parking on the island. If parking fills up, we may have to ask that you come back later.

We also have several appointment slots for Thursday May 20th, for those of you who can't do weekends. Appointments can be booked here

This is now an Open Sale from Friday May 21st - May 23rd!

This gorgeous waterfront estate was lovingly inhabited and magnificently decorated for 40 years until recently, and now everything big and small must go to prepare for the property’s sale. That includes many of the fittings and fixtures as well, such as chandeliers, sconces, curtains, and a number of appliances. There's an extraordinary amount of stuff filling several buildings on the property.
