all very pretty.  As savvy decorators will do, the home blends antiques with

sleek modern elements creating a sense of balance and sophistication.

Fine antiques include a federal mahogony breakfast table,

inlaid Hepplewhite chest, French stands, inlaid breakfront,

and others.

  Sleek and modern will include sets of swivel chairs,

pair black leather Hancock & Moore club chairs,

modern bedroom suites, mirrors galore, and other items.

   Fine accessories are scattered about including a selection of Steuben, Baccarat,

and other fine crystal, variety of art glass, groups of nicely bound books,

Bose radio, washer/dryer, quantity of Christmas decorations,

and all the little stuff we live with.

As a note the family has held a private sale before the public sale.  

We have tried to delete the items from pictures that we know are no longer

available.  If you come to the sale and the item is not there, our apologies.             Parking will be difficult. No Parking on Sky Ridge. It is a one lane road intended for Condo owners. Parking may be easiest on Penfield Rd. as this is an end unit. Please be courteous!
