DOOR OPENS @ 9:00 AM/DOOR CLOSES @ 4:00 PM
Please wait at the bottom of the stairs so you do not block those from exiting most likely and hopefully carrying
lots of stuff out of the sale before you make your way up to and on the front stoop and block those people
1. By entering this sale you agree with these posted terms
2. A signup sheet has been provided where you can reserve two spots prior to opening. If you are not here when we call your name you now have to go to the end of the line and wait. Once the door is open, no need to use the sign-in sheet PLEASE PRINT YOUR LAST NAME ONLY and please dont get sneaky and try to reserve more than what is alloted
3. Do not walk the property, please
4. There is no restroom available, sorry
5. You enter this sale and you shop at your own risk
6. No eating, drinking or smoking inside the sale
7. If you change your mind on a particular item, I ask that you please return it to the spot you originally took it from. I put a tremendous amount of effort to organize my sales, so please help me keep it in order
8. Children must be attended to at all times & they cannot roam the sale by themselves.
9. Please, no pets, unless they are service animals
10. If you or your child breaks it, congrats, you bought it for what the sticker price says
11. Cash only-NO REFUNDS–ALL SALES ARE FINAL
12. Not responsible for items once they have left the premise
13. A 25% deposit is required to hold any item & it must be paid in full and removed by the end of sale which is Sunday 1/26 at 4:00 PM. Deposits are non-refundable. Again, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
14. No back packs, large purses or large bags etc. allowed inside and please do not be surprised when I ask you to bring it back to your vehicle
15. I have tried to price everything, but also, I have a really great memory about what I priced each item at, so removing a price sticker or tag will not benefit the person removing it.
16. We are not movers. It is your responsibility to move large items off premise with people you bring.
