We had an estate sale at this property, and in the garage were a few tubs of sewing trimmings, appliqué, sequins, buttons, ribbon, rick rack, bolts of fabric etc. For this sale, right before the holidays in mid-November, the entire inventory of this old business has been moved from storage in NJ to the lower level and garage of the house in Yonkers.
