We are not responsible for accidents and injuries. The property is large with outside garages and a barn.
We will be following COVID 19 recommendations from the state of Ohio. When in buildings you need to wear a mask. We will restrict the number of people inside house, garages, and barns to comply with social distancing guidelines.
We will have parking on the property and across the street to keep cars off the 224, it is a busy road.
Privately Listed Sale
This sale is a little bit country, and a little bit city!
Century home filled on main floor and second floor. Also have two garages, and a huge barn! Home and 40 acres will be sold soon, for now, we are selling the contents.
Monday 9/21 will be our last day. Most everything under original price of $50 will be 75% off! Tell your friends, neighbors, and family members, and come see us!
Starting with the garages and barn:
Farm/car items: tiller, 1/4 ton cargo trailer, 1set of car tires, rake/tedder, antique manure spreader, trailer made from a 1940’s truck bed, utility trailer, bed cover and rails for Ram truck.
Construction/home repair items: Hundreds of pieces of wood, finished and unfinished. Brand new and weathered. Old Solid Oak beams (1) measuring 116”x 3.75”x11.75”, one huge post from post and beam construction, measuring 89”x10”x10”. 20’ unplaned oak board. Hundreds of pieces of plumbing, electrical, nails, screws, hardware and fasteners of every kind. Garden tools, and more!
Sports: Golf clubs bags and balls, DE pool pump and filter, pool ladder, bats, mitts, outdoor toys of all sorts!
Patio Furniture, even swing sets if you need one!
Now for the inside!
Kitchen: huge set of Pfaltzgraff “Yorktowne”, serving pieces, set of china, silver plate flatware set, Lots of pots and pans!
Clothing: tons of it! Priced to sell! Ladies clothes, Talbot’s, etc..,work and evening, prom and homecoming dresses, men’s suits, casual, golf, dress shirts, and at least 100 ties, teen clothes boys and girls, hoodies, under armour, Ohio State, Waterloo High items, some costume jewelry
