These Concurrent Auctions have nearly 1000 Lots Collectively and closing will run approximately 8 hours over 2 nights. The House is under 2000 square feet and its FULL so we will be limiting access and staggering pick up. We will have assigned pickup slots. Please take notice of the schedule below.
We will be running 2 auctions simultaneously ending one night after the other.
Bidding Begins: Friday, April 23rd, 2021 at 7:00 PM
Auction 1 Bidding Concludes: Friday, April 30th, 2021 Starting at 7:00 PM and
Auction 2 Bidding Concludes: Saturday, May 1st, 2021 Starting at 7:00 PM
Pick Up Items: Sunday, May 2nd, 2021 as follows:
TBD time slots will be assigned during all day pick up of at least 8 hours
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won.
PICK UP LOCATION IS TBA (S. Canton by the intersection of Routes 30 and 43)
