Cash only. All items sold as-is, and all sales are final. All items must be removed by end of sale. Bring muscle to help remove large items. Please, no large purses or totes. Totes may be checked at entrance. Feel free to bring your own preferred packing materials. Due to the nature of the sale, NO CHILDREN. Security will be on site. No driveway parking. Please park on same side of street as home. As always, please show respect to neighboring homes, and do not park on grass.
