Towle Sterling Silver Flatware in the "Candlelight" Pattern: A vintage sterling silver flatware set by Towle in the Candlelight pattern first patented in 1934. The set includes: six modern hollow handled knives (8.5"), six new French hollow handled knives (8.75"), twelve place forks (7.25"), twelve salad forks (6.5"), fourteen teaspoons (6.0"), eight round bowl soup spoons (6.25"), eight hollow handled butter knives (5.5"), one hollow handled master butter knife, three cold meat serving forks, three serving/tablespoons, one pierced serving/tablespoon, two gravy ladles, one hollow handled pie server, a two-piece hollow handled carving set, one berry casserole serving spoon, one cocktail/seafood fork, one sugar spoon, one lemon fork, and one pierced bon bon spoon. The whole set includes a Reed & Barton wood storage case with tarnish preventative cloth which has a plaque to the lid and is monogrammed, “DMN”. Excluding the hollow-handled items with stainless steel elements, the total weighSemi-Antique Persian Hand-Knotted Tabatabe Tabriz Area Rug: A room-sized semi-antique Persian Tabatabe Tabriz hand-knotted wool on cotton area rug. It exhibits a bold red field with a large central medallion which is enclosed. Also adorning the field are several urn-potted floral arrangements, tulip-shaped blooms, and more. Surrounding the field, there is a thick border with foliage, palmettes, and lanceolate along with a pair of carnation guard borders. Either end finishes with a short cotton tassel fringe.Antique Pennsylvania Style China Cabinet and Hutch: An antique Pennsylvania style cherry china cabinet and hutch. The two piece unit is comprised of an upper china cabinet with crown molding to top, having two six-pane glass doors opening to three fixed interior shelves with plate grooves and an open work area below. The work area is flanked on either side by two small drawers with white porcelain knobs. The hutch has three side-by-side drawers over two cabinet doors on a scrolled bracket platform base. It features a scalloped edge and apron and revolves and flips down to convert into a larger table. It rests on a lyre base with a pierced heart motif, scrolled legs, and casters.Weighted Sterling Candelabra by Preisner: A pair of Preisner weighted sterling silver candelabra. The candelabra are fashioned in two pieces, having three candle cups to the top which threads onto a footed base. Marked “Preisner Sterling Weighted 724” to the base. The sterling silver content is un-weighted due to reinforcing material content.Vintage Chickering Baby Grand Piano: A vintage Chickering baby grand piano; features include a light mahogany veneer with tapered legs on rolling metal casters, and three foot pedals. Included is a rectangular bench with a loose fitting fabric cover to top, and which opens to storage. The Chickering Company was founded in 1823 in Boston by Jonas Chickering, and remained in operation until 1983. The total approximate weight is 10.390 ozt.George II Style Chamber Table: A late 19th century, English George II style chamber table, in burled walnut veneers and having inlaid borders. The rectangular top has cleft-corners, over three small drawers, above a shaped apron and cabriole legs with pad feet. Circa 1880.Hutchifson Signed Original 1813 Oil Portraits on Canvas: A pair of antique 1813 original oil portrait paintings on canvas, each signed and dated on a label to the verso by artist Hutchifson. The individuals depicted in the paintings are Samuel Hallett (1749 – 1825) and Sarah (Raymond) Hallett (1752 – 1833), who married in 1774. Their portraits are skillfully executed with rich, warm pigments rendering their luminous skintones against dark, ambiguous backdrops. The couple wear traditional formal clothing of the period. The painting surfaces are not signed by the artist; each verso contains two labels with information about the individuals depicted, dates, and the name of the artist. Each painting is mounted in an antique beveled wood frame with cast gesso foliate veneer with gilt finishing, each equipped to hang.Antique Italian Carved China Cabinet: An antique Italian carved fruit wood china cabinet. This cabinet feature a floral-carved molding above glass panels to the sides and front. Other features include a brass hanging pull, two shelves with carved crescents, carved crest and acanthus motifs, and claw and ball feet. This piece dates to the late 19th or early 20th century.Johannes Duntze Original 1894 Dutch Landscape Oil on Canvas: An antique original 1894 oil painting on canvas by well-listed Dutch landscape painter Johannes Bertholomaus Duntze (Netherlands/Germany; 1823 – 1895). The image depicts a stunning Dutch winter landscape in which inhabitants of a small town walk along the frozen lake and snow-covered streets as they go about their daily business. A windmill rises above the entire scene, resting against beautifully painted clouds in a soft, warmly lit blue sky. Artist signature is signed and dated in paint to the lower left. This piece is mounted in a carved beveled wood frame, equipped to hang. An original antique label, inscribed in Dutch likely by the artist, contains illegible details about the painting. The body of the horn and base is decorated with painted enamel featuring Greek mythological people seated in a landscape, circa 1880. The 800 silver cup is upheld by a sculpted cherub who is set on an enameled circular base with a ring that is embellished with three faceted oval rhodolite garnets. Inside the horn and the base are also decorated with an enameled line work design. It is marked on the rim of the horn. The total weight of both pieces is 5.115 ozt., inclusive of all materials.Antique Oil Painting on Canvas After Raphael's "Madonna della seggiola": An 19th-century oil painting on canvas after the original famed 1513–1514 oil painting on panel titled Madonna della seggiola by Renaissance Old Master Raffaello Sanzio da Urbino (1483 – 1520), known more commonly as simply Raphael. The painting depicts Mary and the baby Jesus posing against a dark background as John the Baptist looks on reverently. This copy painting is unsigned. It is presented in an absolutely stunning antique wooden frame with a circular vignette. The frame has high-relief cast surface embellishments, including foliate designs and cherub busts. The frame has gold leaf finish across its surface. A hanging wire is attached to the piece’s verso, though it does not attach across the length of the painting.Large Persian Hand-Knotted Kerman Wool Area Rug: A Persian hand-knotted wool on cotton room-sized area rug attributed to the Kerman region. It features an elongated central medallion with pendants against a lozenge off-white field. Enclosing the field, are several garland borders in reds, greens, blues, and yellows. Either end finishes with a short tassel cotton fringe.
