THIS IS A ONE TIME PICK UP, PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU CANNOT MAKE THE PICKUP TIME. NO OTHER TIMES AVAILABLE UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGMENTS ARE MADE.

HOWEVER, WE ALSO NEED TO BE MINDFUL OF OUR OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE SAME ITEMS. TO THAT END, WE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING POLICY: ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PAID FOR NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER THE SALE WILL GO BACK INTO OUR INVENTORY.ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PAID AND HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP IN A WEEK WILL GO BACK INTO OUR INVENTORY. WE HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND AND CAN APPRECIATE OUR NEED TO BE FAIR TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED – WINNERS MUST REMOVE ALL ITEMS IN THE LOTS THEY HAVE WON

IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVOICE WITH THE PICKUP ADDRESS AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES.

WINNING BIDDERS YOUR OWN MUSCLE IS REQUIRED. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN HELP AND ANY SUPPLIES OR TOOLS NEEDED TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS SAFELY.

OZZY’S ANTIQUES AND COLLECTIBLES OR THE LANDOWNER ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES OR ACCIDENTS.

ALL SALES ARE “AS IS, WHERE IS”, AND FINAL.

If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice with pickup address after the auction closes.  This is NOT a receipt of payment.  You will need to pay with Credit Card/Debit Card via Stripe with the link provided on your invoice.
