Entire Airbnb House estate sale

Terms

We will accept Cash or credit cards with a 4.0% additional handling fee. All sales are FINAL. There are no refunds or returns accepted.

We are going to do our best to reduce the spread of Covid 19. Therefore there are Specific Rules for this Sale:

There will be a strict limit on the number of people in the home at any time. Numbers will be given out at time of opening.

Anyone entering the sale must wear a mask. Please bring your own. We recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer.

We ask that you do not touch any item unless you are serious about purchasing it.

You must maintain appropriate social distancing at any tables or in any room of the house. This is a minimum 6’ distance from other people.

Please do not come to the sale if you are sick, coughing or have a fever.

Please Respect the Neighbors. Do not park in front of driveways or mailboxes. There is an alleyway behind the house also.

Please bring help for moving and loading larger purchases.

Any large purchased item but be picked up by noon on Sunday or the purchase will be forfeited.

We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses.
