Farmhouse Style Oak Dining Set: A farmhouse style oak dining table and six chairs made in Canada. The rectangular table features a natural stained top with beveled and rounded edges on a dark green stained base with turned legs. Each side chair includes a green stained backrest with gathered spindles and turned stiles over a natural stained carved seat. A maker’s stamp is seen under the table. Purple seat cushions are also included.

Secretary Style Oak Desk: A vintage oak roll top desk. This desk features a small shelf over a serpentine-shaped roll top opening to reveal four drawers flanking open cubbies and a desk surface. The base is fitted with a centered drawer with carved cup pull resting on four block and ring turned banister legs ending on peg feet joined by three straight stretchers.

Thomas Kinkade Limited Edition Offset Lithograph on Paper "Stairway to Paradise": A limited edition offset lithograph on paper titled Stairway to Paradise after an original painting by well-listed American “Painter of Light” Thomas Kinkade (1958 – 2012). This print depicts a marble staircase is a lush garden blooming with colorful flowers with sunlight streaming through a tree covered with pink blooms. The piece is signed in plate to the lower right and signed and numbered 480 in an edition of 3850 by hand to the lower left. A brass plaque with the title and the artist’s name is attached to the lower edge of the mat and a certificate of authenticity is included in an envelope affixed to the verso. The print is presented behind a layered green mat, behind glass, in a wooden frame with hanging brackets to the verso.

Cherry Drop-Leaf Dining Table: A narrow cherry drop-leaf dining table. This rectangular table features two long side drop-leaves over square tapered legs. No discernible maker’s mark.

Vintage Pyrex Nesting Bowls: A collection of vintage nesting bowls by Pyrex, circa 1980s. These three mixing bowls are peach, mocha, and yellow with clear round bases. They are marked to the underside “Pyrex”.

Vintage Continental "Drifter" 12-String Acoustic Guitar: A vintage Continental Drifter 12-string acoustic guitar, model DA-160. Constructed in Korea, this guitar has a solid spruce top with a black pickguard, rosewood fretboard and bridge, and rosewood-laminated neck, back, and sides. It is marked “Drifter” to the top of the headstock and “Model DA-160, Continental, Continental Music, Oakbrook, Ill., Made in Korea” to the interior.

The serigraph print published by Modern Classics, Inc., depicts a rooster with just a few lines in red, yellow, blue and black. It is signed in the plate to the lower right and is mounted under acrylic glass with a rose colored mat in a silver tone metal frame fitted with a ring for hanging. The majolica figurine depicts a green rooster with red, yellow and blue plumage perched on a reddish rock. It has no discernible mark.

Brass-Tone Metal Elephant Sculpture: A brass-tone metal sculpture of an elephant. This sculpture depicts an elephant with an upturned trunk balancing one front leg on a circus style stand. It is labeled with a sticker that reads “made in Korea”.

Chippendale Sofa by Woodmark: A Chippendale style camel back sofa by Woodmark. This piece comprises an arched crestrail, rolled arms, one loose seat cushion and tailored apron. It stands on front carved cabriole style legs with pad feet. It is upholstered in a jewel tone paisley fabric. A maker’s tag is seen under the cushion.

Ceramic and Glass Piggy Banks: A collection ceramic and glass piggy banks. This collection includes a ceramic pig shaped coin bank marked “Shoe Fund”, a ceramic pig shaped bank with hand painted flowers, and a glass pig shaped bank. There are three items in total.

Figural Inlay Accent Table: A round wooden accent table with figural inlay. This table features a wood veneered inlay of a teapot and cup to the top with scalloped edges over a highly carved apron. It stands on carved cabriole legs on pad feet.

Selection of Sterling Silver Jewelry Including Turquoise Necklace: A selection of sterling silver jewelry. This selection includes three rings, two pendants and one necklace. Featured materials are turquoise, mother of pearl and coral with hallmarks such as, “925”, “Sterling”, “B”, “TT”, “HOB” and a pictorial mark.

Chinese Wanjiang Fishermen and Resin Buddha Figurine: A pairing of Chinese Wanjiang fisherman ceramic figurines and a resin Buddha figurine. The standing fisherman is wearing a green top and is carrying a pole with a fish; the seated fisherman is wearing a navy and beige top and is missing a pole. The Buddha figurine is seated in the lotus position and finished in a deep red tone with multiple floral, foliate and geometric designs throughout and there is not a discernible maker’s mark. The two ceramic figurines are marked “Made in Wanjiang China” to the underside with other various number and character marks.

A. Montoya Oil on Canvas Still Life of Fruit: An oil painting on canvas signed “A. Montoya”. This still life depicts a collection of fruit including bananas, red and purple grapes, and an apple. The fruits are rendered fully, while the background has been painted in a thin layer of paint. It is signed in paint to the lower right corner and presented in a wood frame with wire to the verso for hanging.
