After the auction is over you will receive an invoice via your registered email with the 13% Buyers Premium added. If you do not receive an invoice by 6:00am of the next day please contact The Appropriate Project Manager for each project. IF YOU DO NOT PAY FOR AND PICK UP YOUR ITEM(S) ON THE ALLOTTED DAY AND TIME YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE ITEMS IN FULL TO MAINTAIN YOUR BIDDING PRIVILEGES, AND YET THE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED. IF FUNDS ARE NOT RECEIVED BIDDING WILL BE SUSPENDED AND ANY EXISTING BIDS ON OTHER AUCTIONS WILL BE DELETED UNTIL ITEMS ARE PAID IN FULL. A $25 REINSTATE FEE WILL APPLY!

Make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgments upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Venue will be Franklin County Ohio. Liability: Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price. LIMITATIONS: We have a new Option to purchase this year with our IRSauctioneer STORE. This is a buy-it-now or single price option and yet works the same in that we will send emails on a scheduled basis each evening and expect payment same night.
