Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms: All purchases must be paid for in full at the time of sale. We accept cash only, Zelle, or Cash App.

2. All Sales Final: All items are sold as-is, and all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

3. No Holds or Reservations: Items cannot be held or reserved. They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Removal of Purchased Items: Buyers are responsible for the removal of purchased items from the premises. Please bring adequate help and transportation for large items.

5. Liability: The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the sale.

6. Security Measures: Security measures, such as surveillance cameras, may be in place to ensure the safety of attendees and items for sale.

7. Respectful Behavior: Please be respectful of the property and other attendees during the sale. Any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and individuals may be asked to leave.

8. No Early Birds: To ensure fairness, early arrivals will not be allowed to enter the premises before the designated start time of the sale.

9. Right to Refuse Entry: The estate sale organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone.

10. Large Bags or Backpacks: For security reasons,we request that large bags or backpacks be kept in vehicles until the sale has completed.

11. Children and Pets: For their safety and the safety of others, children must be supervised at all times and are the sole responsibility of their guardians. No pets are allowed except for service dogs.

12. Not Responsible for Accidents or Loss: Attendees enter the premises at their own risk. The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
