Extreme Collectors Estate

Due to the parking and COVID, we are doing a Number System rather than having customers stand in line in the neighborhood for hours before we open. 
How this will work: @8:00am Opening day of the sale, we will had one a number to each customer. Not one number per group or couple, one number to each person. Example: If you are the first person to arrive to our Estate Sale you will get #1, second person will receive #2 and so on. Estate sale opens @10am, please be back at the sale 15 mins before we open. Use that time to find a restroom/breakfast/etc. We typically never do number systems but this Estate has cause for exception. 
 

Please be very respectful. This is one persons entire collection and we are honored to be selling it for our client. We want this sale to run as smoothly as possible. 
We will only be allowing in 10 at time. There is no room in this estate for a free for all. We will have a wrapping station, for our customers to wrap and pack their own merchandise.

ATTENTION: THIS WILL BE A TWO PHASE ESTATE SALE. WHICH MEANS WE WILL LIQUIDATE THE FIRST FLOOR AND UPSTAIRS ON THE FIRST ESTATE SALE.  SECOND SALE WILL INCLUDE TGE BASEMENT, BACK YARD AND DETACHED GARAGE. 
 

The Estate Collection is incredible! This is a sale you won’t want to miss! We will be updating photos and descriptions as we continue to set this sale up! 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING FOR OUR SALES:

DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED. 

1. Due to COVID-19 we will requiring Masks. 

2. Please do not call about prices. The many regular shoppers that come to our sales know that we price things reasonably.

3. Please bring help to move large or heavy or bulky items. We do no heavy lifting. Be ready to give a tip to our staff, if you want furniture or other large items moved for you.

4. We are NOT responsible for any personal injuries or property damage that may occur at the sale site.

5. Do not bring large zippered or otherwise closed containers (i.e. Backpacks, large purses). We provide shopping baskets.

6. We accept all major credit cards and cash, of course. We do NOT take checks. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee for cards.

7. The houses we work at are alarmed and/or are under 24/7 watch. Also, our sales may have security cameras and professional security staff present. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.

8. We aim to provide a fun and pleasant shopping experience for everyone. As such, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we deem foul.
