SUNDAY will include 50% on MANY select items.

1- Cash, Venmo, and PayPal are accepted (items range from $1- 4000)
2- Bring Help to Load Large Items.
3- Not Responsible for Any Accidents.
4- The sale will be mostly outside in the gardens. For the sake of keeping everyone safe and respecting the current circumstances, we would kindly request that you wear a face mask while outdoors (especially, that keeping people physically distant is not possible).
5- There is a limited number of items are only on display inside with only 2-3 people allowed to enter the premise at a time. Wearing facemaks insdie the house/indoors is required. We appreciate your thoughtful understanding.
6- There will be hand snaitizers across the display tables outdoors and inside.
7- Because of limited parking and narrow road, we would ask you if you kindly may park on the main street or carpool safely.

  • Pieces are from local, national, and international destinations.
  • Items will range and represent old,  mid-century, and modern pieces.
