Huge Estate/Moving Sale On Jordan Ave in Montoursville House is loaded!

Our first sale of 2022 is coming soon and will be held Thur-Sat Jan 13-15, 2022, or if it snows, Jan 20-22, 2022.  We will be open from 9am-4pm only during Thursday and Friday and will be open from 9am-noon on Saturday.   This sale is being held at 342 Jordan Avenue in Montoursville. In this sale we have following items:

       For Christmas, we have a remaining selection of Pipka Santas which used to be sold at Adeline’s in downtown Williamsport.   We did have a pre-Christmas sale of some of the items which were Christmas related.  We also have some remaining Christmas Décor, Christmas Trees, Vintage Christmas items and Christmas Wreaths including an awesome Fiber Optic Penn State Wreath. 

       We also have a large Noahs Ark collection including Hudson Pewter figurines all in pairs., Harvest and Fall Décor, Religious (Christian) Décor, Jewelry with Lots of other jewelry which was not in the first sale.  We also have a somewhat large collection of collectible coins including Walking Liberty and Morgan Dollar coins, Mecury Dimes, Buffalo Nickels and much more including Kennedy and Eisenhower clad coins which we will be bringing to the sale on sale day!

       Throughout the home we have Linens, quilts, sheet sets, a twin mattress set with box springs and more. 

       We also will be selling a large selection of Books with items of interest to the serious collectors.  Mostly these books are Christian or Christian Related.   Specific to the collector, we have a complete set of Sermons by Martin Luther, Antique Leather Bound Pronouncing Edition Pictorial Bible with complete concordance with side fasteners in very good condition, Lutheran Hymnals and worship books, older children’s books and many more books of interest for any reader!  We have several rooms downstairs and upstairs with books in them.  Most are on shelves so that you can easily review them.  

We have old toys as well including the following:

2 Vintage Spirograph sets that appear to be complete and in almost like new condition, a Twister Game, Star Trek Enterprise Model, Tip-it Game, Don’t spill the Beans Game, Foto Electric Football Game, Vintage Battleship Game, Cap Guns, Old Army Tank toy, old Marx Western Figurine, Hubley Ford Tractor, Trik Trak Road Rally, older games including Scrabble, Parcheesi, Rummikub, and more.  We also have a great selection of jigsaw puzzles. 

       We have lots of furniture including an awesome corner hutch.  We have a lovely full size bed in Oak with a matching dresser and mirror and wash stand.  The bed has a full size box spring, but the mattress will need to be purchased to complete the bed.  All furniture pieces have the original oak finish on them.  We have a gorgeous mission style Morris chair recliner rocker with lion claw feet and royal blue cushions, a glider rocker, two matching spindle style rockers with different upholstery on each one.  Several night stands, an oak drop leaf table, two porch A-Frame style porch swings, and we also have a twin size mattress and box spring for sale.   There is a beautiful secretarial desk for sale as well as other desks throughout the home!  Perfect for people working from home! 

       Other items of interest with this sale will be Beanie Babies, Yarn and Knitting items, A nice collection of Campbell Jones & Co No 86(OMN) AKA Rose Sprig Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) in Blue, Amber,  and Yellow Vaseline including sleighs and other pieces. You just have to see this collection and the quality of the pieces!  This is a huge collection of this type of glassware acquired over the lifetime of the owner!  Other glassware includes Pink Depression Dishes, Mikasa, Princess House, Fenton and more!  Nick Rosato’s bird art print. David Armstrong signed poster with salutation to the Paulhamus Printing Company.  A very unique gum wrapper jewelry box,  a vanity brush and mirror set, we also have an older Mantle Clock and Wall Clock which are being sold for parts and repair along with a gorgeous Oak Grandmother’s clock which is running and keeping excellent time Chimes with Westminster on the quarter hour, several Oil Lamps throughout the home, Old Hoosier Coffee Container, Milk Bottles from local area dairies such as East End Dairy and more, A huge selection of Royal Swirl Fine China, some vintage cameras and some infra-red quartz heaters including a faux fireplace.   Out on the porch we also have a nice old pot belly stove being sold as a décor item only.   

       Not photographed is a large selection of tools including a Craftsman two piece tool chest, Craftsman Machinist tool box, other tool boxes, Evinrude 5 gal boat gas tank, another 6 gallon gas tank, some machinist tools, hand tools, hammers, meat processing saws including a stainless steel bone saw, Pal Hunting Knife, Henley German Hunting Knife,

       We also have a large amount of box lots out on the back porch for sale.  The box lot area is so packed we had to stack tables on top of tables to get everything placed so you can shop through the box lots!  Please be sure check out the whole house when you are there.  We have two floors and a back porch just loaded with things for sale.   We anticipate being full with about 30 people being allowed in and we will be opening up earlier than our scheduled 9am start if we see that many people in line.  Checkout will be on the front porch as you exit the home.  There will be only one way in and one way out with checkout being right at that same location as the exit, so please do allow people to enter and exit during your checkout.
