Estate of Jim Booth

This week's sale features the home of one of Charleston's most well known artists, Jim Booth.

The home is located on a large parcel of waterfront property off Bohicket Road where Mr. Booth personally took care of the grounds for many years.

We will be offering the contents of the home and 3 car garage with a Friday start.

We will be selling the outdoor and garage items only from 11:30-12:30.

We will be taking CREDIT CARDS ONLY for the first hour.

Full access begins at 12:30.

2017 BMW 330i

We are still marketing the 2017 BMW 330i with only 9,000 miles. We discovered that the car has a transferable, bumper-bumper warranty that is in place through July of 2025 (another year longer than we realized) or 70,600 miles. A roadside service/wheel repair/tire replacement and ding removal service warranty is in place through July 2023.

This car with warranties was $50,000 new!!!

Other than basic services, you will not have to pay out of pocket for any repairs for almost 4 years.

We will continue taking high offers through out the end of this weekend and until the end of November.

Current price is $27,000 with the next increase of $27,500 or more.

The baby grand from our last sale is available for $3,000.
