This sale is CASH ONLY. Must bring assistance to load all items. Please inspect all items before purchasing; all items sold as is/where is. Please be cautious, not responsible for accidents. All furnishings must be picked up before close of the sale. A number system will be utilized on the first day of the sale when needed. Please do not park in driveways and on the grass of the neighboring homes. To better assist those who are shopping, I will not be accepting phone calls from 10 to 2 during sale days. All prices are subject to change.

"Christmas in West Columbia - Series Two"  is the second sale to three, running in a two week span.  Opens on Thursday from 11 am to 5 pm, closed on Friday, reopens on Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. This estate is offering some neat furnishings, lamps, sewing machine, small appliances, flower arrangements, books, old hats, vintage Christening Gown, desk, end tables, clothes, Christmas decorations, and many other small items.  This home was occupied by a minister and his wife.  As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to text, email, or call me before the sale begins.  Look forward to seeing you at the sale.  This one will open on a Thursday.
