Our staff has been busy organizing and will be on site to assist you, during the sale. There will be packing material for smalls while supplies last. You will need to make arrangements for loading large items as we do not provide assistance for loading. We have made every attempt to organize, check items for damage and that electronics & power tools work properly. We offer no guarantees with any of the items. Please check items carefully, once purchased you own them. You will be purchasing items as is, where is.
This is a large 3 bedroom home with a screened in porch and full basement. There is uneven pavement accessing the home. Use caution when walking and while on the property. Use caution and care when handling and lifting items. You break it, you bought it.

This sale has many beautiful items that the family has collected for many years.  Several of the items were acquired overseas while serving in the military.  There are Military items from 1939-1970.  10 foot lockers that were full of military items and collections.  Military photographs from Europe, including Col. Allen with Prince Charles (including two invitations).  Mrs Allen’s Red Cross uniform, portrait, footlocker and many other items from this period.  The house is filled with original artwork, paintings from around the world, with many paintings by Mrs Allen.  Bronze sculptures, Olen Bryant face ball, blue and white china collection.   Large collection of fountain pens, letter openers, early capadmaonta pieces, all in excellent conditions, post cards, French crystal, their wedding china and crystal 1946, antique copper from Europe, copper fire extinguisher presented in 1841 and dates to 1500, Austrian spinning wheel, 1960s serving pieces.  Woodworking shop, with power tools and hand tools, speciality tools for leather and many other crafts.  benches, great potting bench with an assortment of unique flower pots.  Small fireplaces and hibachi grills from around the world.
