All sales are final and items are sold "as is, where is". This is an estate auction so please note items are used. All announcements at auction take precedence.
No sales tax will be charged for this auction.
PAYMENT: Credit Card used for registration will be charged immediately following the auction unless other arrangements have been made prior to auction end. By registering to bid on any item, bidder agrees to all terms and conditions of the auction. Fisher Realty & Auction reserves the right to refuse to accept bids or approve bidders for any reason.
If payment has not been received at auction end or other payment arrangements made by end of business hours on pick up day, we reserve the right to cancel any unpaid item(s) after that time. At this time, we will ban the bidder from any future sales and resell the item(s) to the back up bidder. Shipping will only be arranged after payment has cleared.
PICK-UP: You must pick your item(s) up at the stated times if you do not you will release your item to be resold or sold to the back-up bidder. This does not mean you are released from paying for items you won at auction. SO if you can not pick your items up, DO NOT bid. Contact us if you need other arrangements.
PREVIEW: All lots are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS." Property shall be displayed for thorough public inspection and sold as is, where is, and without recourse for any refund or reduction of the sale price.
On the fall of the auctioneer's hammer or other acknowledgment of a successful bidder on a lot, title to the property in that lot will pass and the successful bidder there upon assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased property. The highest bidder shall be the buyer. If any dispute arises, the auctioneer shall have absolute discretion to settle it and put any disputed lot up for sale again. STORAGE: We have no storage. Your items must be picked up at address of sale. We will not haul your items unless it is to the UPS store.
