Auction Terms & Conditions:

- 15% Buyer's Premium added to bid to determine final sale price. If bidder pays cash, the convenience fee of 3% will be deducted from the final total.
- All items in this auction have a soft close beginning at 4:00 pm unless otherwise noted.
- By registering and participating in this online auction, you agree to the following: you know and understand that RGRA, INC. will hold a time and day for bidders to preview and inspect any/all items offered in this auction. RGRA, INC. encourages all bidders to attend preview. If bidder chooses not to attend preview, any/all items purchased by bidder are deemed acceptable by bidder. If you do not attend the scheduled preview, you wave all rights to dispute your purchases. Inspection day and time will be posted.

- All items are purchased as is, where is without warranty expressed or implied.

- Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from RGRA, INC.

-No item shall be transferred to bidder prior to full settlement.

-Registration with a valid credit card is required before placing a bid in an online auction. The credit card registered will be charged at the conclusion of the auction unless bidder pays with cash or cashier’s check. As stated above, any bidder who pays cash will have the 3% convenience fee waived on final invoice.

- All items not picked up at the designated pick-up time will be considered abandoned property and will not be the responsibility of RGRA, INC., the auctioneer, or the seller. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE for this auction.

- By registering for this auction, you hereby agree to these terms. If you find any of these terms unacceptable, please do not register/bid.
